This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the Internet, telephone/fax or post. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.

Adriatica Customers & Accounts
Any minors, who wish to use this site, must do so under the supervision of a guardian who agrees to be bound to the conditions of use. Any Adriatica account is to be used only by the person registered for that particular account. All information provided on registration must be true and accurate. False information provided on registration is considered fraud and is subject to the Business Consumer Act of 1993.

The account holder is responsible for ensuring that their account details remain confidential, and that access to their computer remains restricted to prevent others from gaining access to their account. The account holder accepts responsibility for all activities which occur under their account. Adriatica reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time and will not be held responsible for fraudulent information.

All images used are for display purposes only. Actual package contents may vary. We strive to have images that accurately represent the description however we are only human and can make mistajes. If you notice an image that does not match the item description, please let us know.  

Pricing & Payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices exclude GST (applicable to NZ customers only). GST is detailed once you check-out

We accept payment via Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard only), and direct credit to our bank account.

As a precaution we may contact you prior to processing your credit card payment to ensure your contact address and credit card details are correct.

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Adriatica. Adriatica reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors; hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc.

Gift vouchers / Credit notes
Under no circumstances are Credit Notes or Gift Vouchers redeemable for cash. Gift Vouchers remain active until all the credit is used, or 60 Days from purchase, whichever is earlier. Credit Notes are valid until all the credit is used, or 30 days, whichever is earlier.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind, or the item is not what you thought.  If items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Fair Trading and/or the Consumer Guarantees act.

All refunds are made via a store credit note. Cash / Credit Card Refunds are at Adriatica’s discretion and a $10 admin fee may be deducted from this refund. Freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of return freight for all items.

Returns are only accepted with a Return Material Authority (RMA) number and must be returned within 7 days. In the instance of damaged or defective goods, we will replace the items, or if you prefer, refund the purchase price via credit note (exclusive of freight).

If an order is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Adriatica within 10 days from date of dispatch of goods. Email details of your claim to claims@adriatica.co.nz. There will be an investigation process and if it leads to a satisfactory conclusion and proof of fault as claimed, then a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number will be allocated and the faulty goods can then be returned.
 

• We cannot accept returns where the damage or defect is a result of something you did
• Returns under warranty are assessed by the importer and you agree to abide by their ruling
• The cost of return freight for warranty assessments is your responsibility

As we ship from several locations, the return delviery address will vary and will be advised when we issue your RMA Authority.  All Returns are to an Auckland address.

Privacy and Security

Your personal information is safe with us. Ruby Trading Ltd trading as Adriatica will not pass on any information you supply without your consent to persons or entities outside of our organisation, unless required by law. Our website is protected by 128-bit SSL Technology.

Ownership
When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. Adriatica will not be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.

License and Site Access
Access to the Adriatica website is granted only for the purpose of accessing the services provided. Under no circumstances may any individual alter any part of the website. No part of this site may be reproduced for any reason, nor may any parts of the site be displayed anywhere apart from www.adriatica.co.nz unless written permission has been granted, including logos, advertisements, trademarks, or registrations. You are granted access to Adriatica under the condition that you will not interfere, or attempt to interfere with any of the content.

Limited of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Ruby Trading Limited trading as Adriatica be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.


Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any matter relating to this Site will be governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them.
