Freight & Delivery

• All prices below exclude GST
• Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order
• Orders $25 or less = $7.50 Freight
• Orders $25-$50  = $7.00 Freight
• Orders $50-$100  = $6.00 Freight
• Orders $100 +  = $5.50 Freight
• In Stock items are be shipped by the end of the next business day after payment being validated/confirmed
• If we are unable to dispatch your order within two business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date
• Oversize items like server cabinets and cable rolls are not included in this matrix and will be quoted prior to your order being processed. 
   

Our products are delivered via the CourierPost Delivery Service. Please choose an address where there is someone to sign for the goods. All items are deemed as delivered once confirmed by CourierPost and Adriatica is not liable for any items that have been fraudulently received, or are lost between the time the Courier confirms Delivery and you realise it is missing. 

In the unlikely event an item is received damaged, or goes missing prior to a signature being received, a claim will be made with CourierPost and if liability is accepted by courierpost, we will replace the goods. Please note – this process can take up to 21 days.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address, or undeliverable as there is no-one to sign for it.

International Orders

We will ship internationally. Please contact us directly with your order and country delivery for a quote. Payment for goods being sent outside of New Zealand is by direct credit / Telegraphic Transfer into our New Zealand Bank Account.  Due to the increase in fraud, we currently do no accept payment for international orders by credit card.
